1. General Shipping Information
At GASNEEDS LLC, we specialize in supplying gas equipment globally. All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch from our warehouse, and shipping is handled either by the customer’s appointed forwarder or arranged upon request.
2. Shipping Method (Forwarder Pickup Only)
We do not offer direct shipping or local delivery services.
All orders are supplied on an EXW (Ex Works) basis from our warehouse.

Customers must arrange their own courier, freight forwarder, or shipping agent

Goods will be handed over at our facility once ready

Full responsibility transfers to the customer or their forwarder upon handover
3. Shipping Coverage
We support orders from customers worldwide.
Customers may arrange shipping to any country, subject to their own logistics provider and local import regulations.
4. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)

Once packed, customers will receive packing details (weight, dimensions, pickup readiness) within the next working day

Custom or bulk orders may require additional preparation time
5. Shipping Arrangement Options
Option 1: Customer Arranged Forwarder (Standard Process)

Customer places and pays for the order

GASNEEDS prepares the shipment

Packing details are shared

Customer arranges pickup through their forwarder
Option 2: Shipping Quote by GASNEEDS (Optional)

Upon request, we can provide shipping cost estimates after order confirmation

Shipment will proceed only after customer approval of shipping charges
6. Order Tracking
Once the order is ready for collection, customers will be notified.
Tracking will be managed by the customer’s forwarder or appointed courier.
7. Taxes & Duties

UAE VAT is applicable as per regulations

For international shipments, all import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer
8. Liability & Risk Transfer

All goods are supplied on an EXW basis

GASNEEDS LLC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or delay once the goods are handed over to the customer or their forwarder
9. Shipping Issues

Any issues related to shipping, delays, or damages must be addressed directly with the appointed forwarder or courier

For packing or documentation concerns, customers may contact us within 7 days

Shipping and logistics costs are non-refundable.
